"Great location, but you may be stepping on spongy floorboards, and the temperature is controlled by one big unit. The old chandeliers in the dining room are amazing but you have to ask them to turn them on for a thrill. Breakfast buffet lackluster, but what do you want? It's cheap by today's standards."

"Free and secure parking was available. Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of the city center. We left the car at the hotel and explored everywhere on foot. We didn't have much time, so we didn't get a chance to experience the spa and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
