"One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and great A/C. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would 100% stay here again, and would go out of my way to experience their hospitality."

"Beautiful and authentic palazzo decorated with antiques and artwork. The owner is kind and hospitable, welcoming visitors to her home with open arms and strong coffee."

"Maintenace issue, such as plumbing and thre shower head ( there was a crack on the neck of the shower hose and the head was disassembled when I opened the water), stains on curtains and the bed spread...etc. Great location, floor was clean, and the staff was good. The bed was firm and I liked it."
