"Dimora San Giuseppe was excellent. The location is perfect, even though the parking garage is far from the hotel and kind of expensive at 30 euros per day(2026). We were there the first week of April and unfortunately didn't have luck with the weather; it was raining and cold, so we didn't get to experience the hotel's outdoor patio. I loved the city and would stay here again. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff was very nice, and our room was comfortable and large. "

But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. The front desk staff has no autonomy to make decisions to solve the issue and the director was not available. We checked out an hour...
