"Staff, amenities and clean room"

"Room clean and bed comfortable. Excellent view from balcony and great hammock to admire it from. Air conditioning up to the climate. Lots of activities on site and places to explore. Fantastic bird life and lots of animals easily seen. Staff pleasant and helpful with most speaking English. Free night safari with room but would highly recommend the other trips. Food good at restaurant and monkey bar. There is a shop for souvenirs and a stand for snacks/soft drinks"

"This hotel was very beautiful and very clean. The restaurant had good food and the shuttle to the airport was very prompt. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool area was incredible. Just beware that there is no hot tub - there is a jacuzzi pool that is with regular water. "

"I did not like the area where the hotel was located. The surrounding area was considered a rough and seemed a bit unsafe. Other than that thd hotel was lovely and very clean with friendly staff and service. "

"The staff at this hotel was most accommodating. The room was clean and the whole environment was safe at all times. I will be recommending this hotel to others who are planning a trip to Panama. It convenient and a 5minute walk to the El Dorado Mall. All the restaurants are withing walking distant and my family and I felt safe walking in the area. Please add more English speaking channels to your TV Guide, a movie channel would be nice, not just CNN and Fox News. "
