"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"Such a beautiful and charming place! It has the vibe of a local inn with renovated modern touches. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean and had a great view. I drank so much good tea and bathed in a tea bath while learning about the history of tea. If you love tea you will love this place.
