"The hotel location is fantastic, very peaceful, with well kept and beautiful grounds. Food is excellent, staff and service equally so. Whilst the rooms are basic ours was very clean and the swim up pool, whilst shared with two other rooms, felt private. We had a wonderful ten days all inclusive, which was excellent value. "The room was enormous! Cool Modernist design, nice touches like a coplementary fruit bowl. Discounts for eating in the restaurant. We didn’t end up trying the spa services, but they were extensive and either free or reasonably priced. My only complaint is that our room was right at street level and our patio visible (albeit just barely so) over the shoulder-high wall separating us from the street, which got noisy during the day. I suggest requesting a second floor room!"

"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER PEOPLE MANAGE IT!!. RECEPTION - VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY REQUESTS IE COFFEE NOT TOPPED UP WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED. "Amazing service, clean delightful little Boutique hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious and plenty of choice - the eating area was amazing. Partially alfresco, chilled and bright. Room was fantastic and as an avid gym go-er, it was great to have decent weights and kit selection on site. Plenty to do a morning workout session in which is exactly what I wanted for my mini break. I travelled solo and I felt really looked after and comfortable. Buses into Reythmo old town easy to get and frequent making it accessible without any hassle."

"We booked a room at the last minute. There will a little mix up upon arrival but the hotel upgraded us and bought us dinner to compensate us. Honestly, there was no need. The hotel was fabulous and the staff could not have been friendlier. The beach area was perfect and exactly what we wanted during our time in Greece. Rethymno is a lovely town and not nearly as busy as Chania, which made a huge difference. We would definitely go back to this hotel."
