"Incredible hotel, comfortable beds and great staff"

"Most staff was friendly. However, there was no AC only heat. Thus our room was very hot. There was some mold in the corner of the bath tub. The location is decent."

"Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!"

"何処へ行くにも便利な立地です。 お部屋も清潔で、セパレート型のホテル内移動ＯＫの部屋着（パジャマ）が置いてあり便利でした。 朝食は付けていなかったのですが、1階にコンビニがあるので困りませんでした。 翌日琴電に乗るのも近くて便利です。 ただ、夜遅くまで足音などでうるさかったです。"
