Good Location, service, food and facility

Good location from the town area. Bus is a more suitable option to access the hotel, train is a bit far away. Room and furniture are in good condition and clean. The happy hour lounge provide quality wine and snacks, the breakfast also good.

I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, food was delicious. Buffet fruit and vegetables was fresh and tasty. We also enjoyed the cocktail hour with excellent beverage choices and appetizers in a cozy, relaxing setting. All the staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was clean. My only concern was the room had very little storage space for my clothing, suitcase and accessories.

Convenient location, only a short walk from Kawaramachi Station. Breakfast is a mix between set meal and small additional buffet. Both Japanese and Western options were very tasty. Room was spacious and comfy.

Other than the room being very small, the location was great. The room was clean and the staff was very kind. Sleepwear was provided and amenities. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for the location alone.

The hotel has an upscale feel to it while still being warm, friendly, and welcoming. We loved that it was very close to shopping arcades, lots of izakayas and restaurants, and only a 20 minute walk to Ritsurin Garden, the museum of art and the port. Club Lounge access was a great perk as well! We enjoyed having evening or after-dinner snacks and drinks in a quiet, cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying here is like returning to a previous era, with beautiful art deco features. It is centrally located, close to the shopping arcades but a 20-30 min walk to the station and ferry port and to the Ritsurin gardens. The lounge is the best part, with breakfast, snacks, free drinks and a rice bowl at 21:00h. Rooms are on the small side but the beds are comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A convenient place to stay to visit Takamatsu.

Clean and comfort room. good location with parking

The location is good and has parking. The room is clean and comfort. provide free water. We booked the room with longe access, it provide desert, snack, free drinks and the breakfast is good. The staff is nice and friendly. Will stay here again and will stay at this hotels groups other hotel in future, this is much better than the other hotel group Candeo hotels.

The hotel is dated, Japan 1970/Deco, and the rooms/bathrooms are small. Reception staff's ability in English is limited. The location may be central but not appealing. We overnighted for the Naoshima ferry. A better choice for this purpose is JR Clement which is across the street from the ferry and the station.

Their hospitality is outstandingly good. I paid 4 stars price for very old facilities, and business hotel size room. Even if it’s the highest season, I wasn’t convinced at all.

古典優雅的商務飯店，附近有很長的商店街，逛街購物餐飲都很方便。 大門前方有公車站牌，坐一站或走一段路即可到瓦町琴電站，櫃檯人員服務親切有禮。 房間、衛浴設施都不錯，但只有暖氣，沒有冷氣，不知夏天如何？ 燈光氣氛雖好，但整體偏暗，棉被、床墊、枕頭都很舒適，一夜好眠。
