De plek is fantastisch. Lopend naar het strand en de bakker en supermarktje op loopafstand! Het appartement was netjes gerenoveerd en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Enige nadeel was dat je de airco niet zelf kan bedienen. Hij staat standaard op 24.5/25 graden en dat vonden wij wat te warm met name s’nachts. Verder een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Résidence vieillote et même vétuste avec une salle de bain ayant des meubles cassés. Odeurs de tuyauterie pas agréable du tout. Même pas une bouilloire dans la cuisine. Bref pas terrible du tout. A rénover d'urgence !

Appartement tres bien situé ! Seul souci c'est pour dormir lorsque la chambre est prise. On dort sur le canapé et la 4eme personne dort sur un matelas que l'on tire de sous le canapé. Donc dormir en couple en dehors de la chambre ce n'est pas possible

Très agréable appartement avec quelques lacunes

Nous étions dans cet appartement uniquement pour dormir rendant visite à de la famille. L'appartement est super, très grand et fonctionnel, et la superficie de la terrasse et les deux salles de bain sont franchement appréciables. Seulement voilà, la propreté laissait franchement à désirer et c'est vraiment dommage pour ce genre d'établissement. Manquements signalés, photo à l'appui, à la réception qui m'indique uniquement que l'information sera remontée. De plus, assez compliqué de stationner devant l'hôtel, les quelques places étant prisées et le parking souterrain est en supplément.

Er ontbreekt veel, maar wel goede locatie

Geen magnetron, geen waterkoker, geen dekbedhoezen (lakens gebruiken als hoes), wasmachine stuk, geen parkeerplaats. WIFI duur. Klagen helpt niet. Ligging mooi: dichtbij strand, winkels en stadscentrum, wel veel verkeer.

Goede locatie WIFI: erg lastig dat je voor ieder apparaat moet betalen: voor twee telefoons en 1 tablet heb je dus 3 keer WIFI nodig, dat kost 40 euro extra.

Réception au top, grand appart avec grande terrasse, de bonne conception par contre il a besoin d'un grand coup de jeune, idem pour son équipement, la propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas là, niveau bruit : rue très passante, mais volets dans toutes les pièces. Chauffage/clim bruyant.

Convenient, clean and reasonable family residence

An interesting apartment with good facilities for the price, and overlooking swimming pool - no traffic noise! Would be plenty of room for a family with up to four children. Quiet, clean, on first floor, and nice neighbours. The residence is well run, and the maintenance is good - staff are always willing to help. The lighting could do with a bit of an uplift, and switches are rather strangely located! The bath is not for a tall person! Grocery shops only a couple of minutes away and it's possible to park free in the road though spaces are limited. The beach is only about 10 minutes away and the touristy part of St Maxime 15 minutes' walk. A safe area,

Nous étions 3 dans appartement de 7 pers, mais pour 7 personnes c'est petit. Certains lits étaient très inconfortables. Comme c'est un appartement et non un apparthôtel, il faut rendre le propre mais le matériel de nettoyage est très sommaire. La résidence propose de nettoyage pour €70 mais pour se tarif exorbitant il faut faire la vaisselle et la ranger, enlever les draps des lits et les plier avec les serviettes de bains pour les placer devant la porte!!! Pas besoin de prendre de parking si l'on ne souhaite pas se déplacer car il y en a de nombreuse gratuites à proximité.

Belle résidence à proximité du centre urbain

Belle résidence située à proximité du centre-ville de Sainte-Maxime. Accueil très sympathique. Piscine trop petite pour le nombre de résidents. Pas de vue sur mer. Immeuble qui demande un peu plus d'entretien, mais tout à fait correcte malgré tout. Logement spacieux et bien insonorisé.
