Unser Urlaub war sehr schön dank des tollen Wetters und der wunderschönen Gegend um Ste. Maxime. Die Anlage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und beinhaltet einen großen tollen Pool mit reichlich Sonnenliegen, Dusche und WC. Direkt neben der Anlage ist ein hervorragender Bäcker und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die man bei 30 auch dringend braucht. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht, allerdings steht das Schlafsofa direkt in der Küche und muss täglich eingeklappt werden, damit man sich im Raum bewegen kann. Zu zweit ist das noch okay, bei vier Personen dürfte alles etwas eng werden. Die Balkontüren schließen gut, so dass der Krach der „nationale“ nicht weiter stört. Direkt gegenüber war allerdings eine Baustelle und der Gärtner fängt gegen 8.00 an mit Rasenmähen u.ä. Wir haben die Wohnung definitiv sauberer verlassen als wir sie vorgefunden haben, eine Reinigungsgebühr von 120 ist m. E. völlig übertrieben, ebenso wie die hohe Kaution. Dass es nur einen Schlüssel und badge (für Tor und Schwimmbad) gibt, schränkt die Flexibilität ziemlich ein und sollte geändert werden. Das check-in und check-out war problemlos.

Très bonne vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Domaine des Figuieres. L’endroit est calme, et très bien situé. La piscine est un plus.

Séjour a. Sainte Maxime

L appartement est agréable bien équipé, mais le gros problème c est la circulation,laD25 passe a 50m et c'est 2fois 2 voies. Direction les grandes surfaces et l A8 d un côté , de l autre c est direction st Tropez st Raphaël, Fréjus....Je vous laisse imaginer le bruit et surtout la pollution. Si on ajoute les moustiques cela gâche votre séjour...
