The owners are truly the heart of this property. They went above and beyond—personally helping me with restaurant reservations, beach club suggestions, local tips, and even little touches like recommending the best walking routes and hidden gems around Sainte-Maxime. You can feel their love for what they do in every detail of the experience. The hotel itself is charming, spotless, and perfectly located. Just a short walk to the beach, the marina, and all the shops and restaurants—yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and everything is maintained with great care. You can tell the owners take immense pride in the property. "Beautiful villa with everything you could want or need. Amazing views! Good walk in to town but a steep uphill back - but the town and the view certainly makes up for that. Excellent communications with Eric. Would absolutely recommend this villa! Wonderful week "

"The hotel closed the pool for chlorine during the day - on a day when the red flags were up at the beach which means no swimming. Really poor planning. You can chlorinate the pool any time, to do it in the middle of the day is dumb. We only stayed for 3 nights so it was disappointing. "
