"Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!"

"This was a last-minute booking as a family member was admitted to hospital in Brignoles. The staff were so warm and friendly, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. Food was very good, there's a nice courtyard seating area, and the pool looked wonderful. Rooms are very small but that's ok if you are out and about anyway. "

"Very pleasant stay in a secluded hotel submerged within the forest. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi system and computers were down, hence a bit of uncertainty on what to pay and what not. The restaurant offers dishes too mixed and in my opinion not in line with the level of the place. Wines only from the region, which is good, but too low offer for foreign people."

"Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."
