"Loved our stay .. On our arrival we was greeted by very friendly staff and was shown to our room .our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed .the view from our window was superb looking out to the sea .very comfortable and cosy ,the breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from. A very welcoming and warming feel to our stay .will definitely be back again soon ."

However, these facilities remained out of action for the duration of my stay, making this booking disappointing and over priced. There was no notice at time of booking that the facilities were out of action or i would have booked elsewhere."

"We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon."

"Some allowances must be made as the Brunel is an old building such as the floors are a bit uneven, windows are single glazed. There was little hot water and water pressure was poor however the rooms were warm and the bed was comfortable. The Brunel does not serve breakfast but next door is the Fresh Fox, a good café or Olivia's Brews and Bites across the road, well worth a visit. Bar meals are served in the evenings. "
