Located 7 km from the bastide town of Monpazier. Close to many tourist sites, the Dordogne valley. 40 km from Bergerac and 50 km from Sarlat. In a typical Perigourdine house for 6 people with living room, fitted kitchen, WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, separate WC, bathroom and shower room. Interior redone. Completely new bedding and appliances. (microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner) Cot available on request. Barbecue, table and garden chairs. Terraced house near a farm. Swimming pool (5x11m). Optional: household linen: 13 euros / bed. towels: 6 euros / person. Household: 70 euros. 25% deposit on booking. Deposit of 250 €. Animals not accepted. Relaxing stay in beautiful area

A very tranquil location, away from the crowds but within east reach of beautiful towns & great restaurants. A good sized swimming pool & area for lounging in the sun kept both parents & teenagers happy, The owners were also very kind, particularly when our delayed flight meant we arrived after midnight!

We had a really lovely stay at this property, very tranquil and very close to the beautiful bastide of Monpazier. The pool is very welcoming in the summer heat and the sunbeds provided are comfortable.The bedrooms could do with a bit more storage, maybe a couple of chests of drawers along with some mirrors.The hosts are onsite and friendly.There are a few more bastides locally including Villeréal and Belvès - the latter has a fab night market on a Wednesday, just remember to bring your own plates and cutlery!

We hebben het huis 3 weken gehuurd, met een gezin van 5 (kind van 8 en tweeling van 5). Heerlijke weken gehad, fijne plek!! Huis is zoals op de foto's (en meer), zwembad ook! Echt veel ruimte voor jezelf: 3 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, alles aanwezig in de keuken, erg luxe en lekker.Enige nadeel was dat het huis gedurende de weken (toen het erg warm buiten was), ook binnen heel warm werd (boven en 's nachts vooral vervelend). Wel op elke kamer een ventilator, dat hielp iets. Goed en snel contact met de eigenaren, meneer kan een beetje Engels. Heel behulpzaam en veelal op de achtergrond. Echt een superfijne vakantie gehad in dit huis!! Aanrader!!

Agréable séjour en Dordogne

Séjour en famille.. gîte idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. Calme et sérénité assurés. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la Dordogne. Le logement est très bien équipé et spacieux. La piscine est parfaite, bien grande , elle offre un confort de nage appréciable. Notre hôte , très sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Maison où tout est en parfait état et qui a, en plus de la photo de présentation, une belle terrasse en pierre où il fait bon prendre ses repas. La piscine est grande, propre et bien clôturée. il fait bon s'y baigner.

Maison au calme

Super séjour. Superbe maison au calme on voit les biches dans les champs autour de la propriété si on se lève tôt . Toute la famille est très gentille et prête à rendre service. Nous avions oublié les jouets pour les filles on nous a prêté plusieurs jeux de même pour les activités extérieures et la piscine. On peut courir sur les routes on croise que très peu de voitures. Pour les visites on peut tout atteindre en moins de 45 minutes. La maison est vraiment sympathique il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

Wonderful holiday!

We, a family of five with three teenage daughters, had a superb holiday in this beautiful house. The pool was perfect - just for us and big enough for a proper swim. The house was ideal, with two brand new bathrooms and a good kitchen. The owners are on site: they are discreet, unobtrusive and very friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful. We recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 5 dans un cadre calme, propre et reposant. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et bien aménagé. Son décor avec les poutres et les pierres apparentes lui donne beaucoup de charme. La propriétaire très accueillante et discrète nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. La piscine dédiée pour le logement a également été appréciée par toute la famille. Nous recommandons sans problème ce logement pour ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances calmes et reposantes. Enfin, ce logement est à deux pas d'un très joli village : Monpazier.

La compagne au pays des gourmets.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce lieu paisible entre visites et baignades.La bastide de Monpazier est merveilleuse. Nos hôtes ont été parfaites,chaleureuses et discrètes. La maison est très bien équipée,très propre. La rénovation a été effectuée dans les règles de l'art.La pisvcine complète agréablement le décor. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

nous arrivons dans un très beau lieu sur le plateau. la maison ancienne est très apaisante, restaurée avec goût. l'équipement est complet, rien ne manque. la piscine, légèrement à l'écart, bordée d'arbres et d'arbustes, est très agréable. La région est très richement dotée en patrimoine, mais aussi baignades en Dordogne, parcours d'accrobranche de facile à très difficile à proximité, sans oublier la via ferrata sur les falaises dominant la dordogne au chateau de marqueyssac : frissons garantis ! le meilleur pour la fin nos hôtes charmantes et discrètes à la fois, allant jusqu'à nous offrir des cèpes.
