"Pleasant overnight stay. Spacious rooms, friendly welcome. We arrived late and didn’t eat at the restaurant but were still able to go for a swim because the (warm) pool is open until 10 pm! Breakfast a bit underwhelming given the price and how fancy the restaurant is. Charging stations. Location a bit odd past the airport but quiet."

"We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already!
