Although we stayed just one night on our stop to the south of France, it would be nice to have a simple dinner. This was not possible, the kitchen was closed on sunday. The hotel is near the highway. The room needs attention, it was clean, but it is getting older... paintwork, sunscreen, carpet needs attention..

We have stayed here many times in the past. This time was abysmal- shower didn’t work, had to ask for most things at breakfast like jam,pots for jam, baguette, knives and the orange juice was warm - all this for nearly 12 euros per person. An absolute disgrace. Stayed the next night in a Best Western, breakfast under 11 euros and everything spotless.

Do not arrive late

Since I knew I would arrive late I called in advance to the hotel. I was told that the reception would call me back before they closed. That never happened and when we arrived at the hotel it was closed and there were no information for us. We had to spend two hours in the middle of night to find a new accommodation

Comment osez-vous laisser une personne de 80 ans prendre une douche dans une baignoire ? Sans poignées, c'est extrêmement dangereux ! La bouilloire avait disparu, et ils ont balayé la question d'un revers de main, se contentant de dire « Ah bon ? »

Nous sommes arrivés au campanile. Nous nous sommes inscrits. On a demandé pour manger le soir ! Hé bien non ceux qui voyagent le week-end n'ont pas le droit de manger car la cuisine est fermée ! C'est inadmissible, je n'ai jamais vu ça depuis que je voyage avec hotel.com ! La literie est ancienne car il y avait un trou vers le milieu du lit. Sinon au niveau nettoyage cetait propre et il y avait une odeur de frais dans la chambre.
