Beautiful outdoor space landscaped with a large wooden terrace. Superb view on the Valley and the mountains. Charming individual wooden chalet located in an enchanting natural setting 500 m from the slopes of Bottières / La Toussuire / Les Sybelles area (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310 km of slopes). Cross-country skiing at La Toussuire 8 km. 9 km away, Saint Jean de Maurienne, City of Art and History and world capital of Cyclo-climbers. Owner, former high-level mountain biker. Many legendary passes nearby! In the heart of the Arvan-Villard massif, renowned for the majestic and characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves. Numerous sporting and fun activities in the reference stations: Le Corbier, La Toussuire... Villargondran developed and monitored lake 14 km away. Vast and pleasant outdoor space with terrace: paradise for children!
