Comfort Inn South
8/10 Good
"Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice size room (had a king bed with couch). Quiet. Heating worked great. Nice selection for breakfast. Staff were all super friendly. "
"My family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night stay and would book again if we find ourselves in Winnipeg again. Very responsive both before our arrival as well as during our stay if we needed anything. "
"As a family of four, we appreciated the layout - it gave us room to have breakfast together, and not always be in each other's space! We especially appreciated how well the bathroom exhaust fan worked - with two teenagers, showers could have made the space humid, but it was not an issue."
"Amenities. Very bright and a floor lamp and small end table would be good. No where to cook a meal. Microwave doesn’t cut the mustard! Wide open to upstairs. Concept is good, but these things would be great. We did like it. "
"Coffee pot was an Espresso which takes specific pods, of which there were only two, so we had to go out and buy more. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.Had to search for bath towels which were eventually found on shelf in bedroom closet. Why not put on the bed if not in the bathroom.Annoying noise from upstairs, walking about, dog barking.Would be nice to have box of tissues, can opener, scissors and more tea towels. Not sure how well it was cleaned as found long hairs (which we don’t have) on floor in bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom were clean otherwise.Space itself was very nice, well laid out and comfortable beds, nice layout in bathroom but a hook somewhere to hang housecoat would be nice. "
