"The location couldn't have been better! Everything was as advertised - especially the view! Geraldine met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. She even had English language literature for nearby sights and local food and beverages for us to try. It was the perfect location for visiting the WW2 beaches, the Bayeux Tapestry and Mont St Michel. The market on Sunday and the daily fish market were amazing. "The apartment was spotless and very comfortable Geraldine was there to greet us and was always very responsive when we messaged her with a query. The view was spectacular. Restaurants, boulangerie and supermarket a very short walk. The only drawback were the very narrow stairs to get to our top apartment. "We loved our stay here as we explored the rich history of Normandy and WWII. The apartment is lovely, well appointed and central to everything in Bayeux. Our teens unfortunately and unintentionally damaged a small bit of the beautiful hardwood floors. The owners were lovely to work through the process of us covering the repairs-even with language barrier. We highly recommend and would stay again if we return to this beautiful part of the world."

"This is a well-furnished and modern apartment in Caen and we loved staying there. Michel was wonderful and easy to deal with both before and during our trip. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. It is very cozy. We ate out all the time but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to eat in. "A lovely loft apartment steps from a 12/13th century church, 2 bakeries and a little cafe/bar. Minutes to several small restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The down sides: no towels provided, which is tough if you’re travelling light. Also, no on-site laundry. The kitchen was also low on supplies such as garbage bags & paper towel. We really enjoyed our stay!"
