- Beautiful apartment just renovated Beachfront of 28m2. Located on the first floor of a beautiful residence, with entry into the premises thanks to our secure key box.
Consisting of an entrance, a kitchen (with multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...) a living room with a sofa bed a table with 4 chairs and a TV, bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer, WC and a bedroom with new bedding 140x190 cm and 2 large storage columns.
Access to the beach at 20m, Casino and Thalasso Luc sur Mer 300m, all shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, butcher, ...) Hypermarket 5kms.
20 minutes from downtown Caen and the Memorial Caen. Near the landing beaches (Ouistreham, Courseulles sur Mer, Arromanches baths, ...) 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel.
