About this property

Maison Rochebonne Saint-malo

  • 200 metres from the Rochebonne slipway and the large beach, leave your car for the holidays. We rent our family home with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 toilets. Sleeps 6. Garden with furniture, BBQ and ping pong table. Washing machine access to the basement.
    It is a house from 1900 that we are restoring, everything is not perfect but it feels good, a real holiday home. Shops and bus stop 200 metres away, Paramé market Wednesday and Saturday 800 metres away.
    Very quiet area.
    The house is composed as follows:
    - Living/dining room with a small kitchen through which you can access the garden, 1 living room/TV/office
    WC
    - On the ground floor
    1 bedroom with a double bed 160 cm
    1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 cm
    1 shower room with 1 toilet

    - On the second floor
    2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 120 cm (in an extra 80 cm mattress)

    house ideal for 4 adults and 4 children (2nd floor beds in 120 cm wide)

    Place for the car on the street in front of the house (usually there is a second place)

    Cleaning fee in addition 80 €

    Linen is not provided, if needed: you can book on loclinge.com (18/19 € per bed)
