The hotel was clean and functional with helpful staff and good on site parking. However, our bedroom was on the first floor next to the entrance and car park where visitors congregate to smoke and chat into the early hours of the morning. This was very disturbing girl our sleep. I suggest a simple notice be placed in this area saying no smoking and you provide a designated area away from the bedroom s. Thank you

Stop over
I had a quick stop over after transferring from the ferry to a train. The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast available and a lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

The hotel is clean and modern. The reason for rating it medium is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator or coffee maker in room. It’s just a plain hotel room, and a bit pricey for that reason.

Lovely place and peiple
I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to spend time in the swimming pool, steam room and sauna while waiting for the ferry even though I had checked out. The breakfast was excellent in choice and quality. I will definitely stay again when I am taking the ferry.

Everything is good. The only question I had was checking in time. The receptionist told me to wait until 3pm to be check in. However, when I sat at the reception area at 2:30pm, the receptionist already checked in for 3 couples. I didn’t understand why she did that while I had waited until 2:50pm to be checking in.

All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Clean comfortable rooms. Good parking. Good location with bus services nearby to visit the town with ease. Very good breakfast buffet.

Room clean. Water stain on floor but not an issue. Thin walls (heard both neighbours snoring). Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty. Bathroom very clean. Staff were very nice and attentive.

Great Hotel
Very welcoming staff, everything in great condition,the room and bathroom immaculate and peaceful night. Despite no restaurant meals are available, and bar service. The swimming pool was lovely.

Hotel is very clean, but soul less. Good as it has parking, but would be too far from St MAlo for a city break

Unlike Orbitz's description of the hotel location being within 2 km from the center, it is actually 4.5 km. It is situated in a place with nothing around, except McDonald about 300 meters away. Other that, it was a clean room with a comfortable bed and pleasant staff to address your concerns.Breakfast is OK, but 11 € price us a little steep for a continental breakfast.

pleasant break in good location.
Lovely Pool, open til late, everything great , only fault, we would have preferred a small kettle available in the room. However the hotel offered a helpful service and plentiful coffee, tea etc and urn downstairs with paper cups.

Excellent value
It's difficult to fault this set-up for the price. It's clean, comfortable and convenient and the staff is helpful and pleasant. It may not be in the hub of the city but as a safe, quiet overnight stop you can't fault it. The breakfast is exceptional. This was our second stay and we'll most certainly be back.
