One-night stay in St. Malo

The room was spacious with a large bathroom (somewhat unusual in the older hotels). The intra-muros area of St. Malo is small, so everything is close - the ramparts and beach are a 5-minute walk and there is a wide selection of boulangeries and restaurants close by. Staff was welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean.

Great location

This hotel is located inside the walled city of St. Malo. That being said it is located in a very old building very near shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. It was lovely although very small. There is not a lot of room in the room. The bathroom and toilet room(they are separate) were clean and well maintained. The bed very comfortable. Parking is wherever you can find it. Might be best to park outside the city walls in the large car park and walk in to the city. Everything is very close and its a very walkable city.

Perfect location

The location of the hotel is wonderful; a quick walk to the parking lot, lots of restaurants and shops around but quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the shower. It’s the kind you can’t hang on the wall, but hold in your hand while you take a shower.

Minuscule chambre 2 velux sales , ampoule hs , 1 chaise pour 2 et forte odeur de javel . Ascenseur jusqu au 3 eme mais pour le 4eme il faut emprunter un escalier vertical avec les valises ! Accueil froid Pas de parking gratuit dans la ville close . Décevant

Petit hôtel agréable

Petit hôtel très bien situé, propre, au cœur du centre historique de Saint Malo. Chambre familiale bien conçue pour une famille avec deux enfants : on y dort bien sans être dérangés par les bruits extérieurs. Personnel agréable et accueillant. En voiture, mieux vaut réserver une place de parking auprès de l’hôtel, même si cela coûte relativement cher (30 euros), la place est sécurisée et très pratique quand on est chargés. Petit déjeuner correct à 12 euros.

Brilliant location with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Around 5 minute walk to ramparts and 10 mins to the beach. Compared to nearby hotels then was half the price. Parking near the hotel is a slight issue but seems to be the case throughout Saint Malo. Would definitely recommend.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner cher dès lors que l on veut 1 croissant, 2 tartines et un café (12€). Literie un peu trop moelleuse. Sinon pour le reste, rien à redire. Chambre propre et spacieuse. On reviendra si nous en avons l ocassion.

Such a wonderful location within the walled city of Saint Malo! I was in town for a conference - I highly recommend this hotel if you're in town for the same reason; I had a nice walk through town every morning before starting the conference. Conveniently located to cafes and shops. Hotel staff was so helpful and accommodating, especially since I know very little French. Garaged parking was also available, conveniently.

Comfort in Old Town

We were travelling on the west coast of France and had decided to stop at Saint Malo for one day. The place is amazing. We arrived early in the morning and left very late the next day, so we had plenty of time to explore the awesome old town of Saint Malo. The hotel is centrally located in the old town, you basically walk anywhere in 10min. The hotel is in a old building, our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and service through out our stay was excellent. Will stay in this place next time again.
