Bel intramural apartment of 75 m2 on the 1st floor center overlooking a square, very comfortable for 4-5 people. Renovated in early 2014, contemporary decor.
Stay- very bright living room with a bed (soundproofing) .TV flat screen 116 cm, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator ...) two quiet rooms (1 bed 160.2 beds 80cm), fitted bathroom (shower, washing machine, dryer), separate toilet. Many closets.

Excellent place to stay in St. Malo

Great place in St. Malo right in the city center. Very nice welcome by the host. Very clean apartment which offers everything needed for a great stay! We'd be happy to come again.

IntraMuros Apartment

Couldnt ask for a better location..right in the middle of intra-muros with shops, eateries and the beach steps away.The apartment was large, clean and well appointed..great having a washer and dryer.Mr. Bernard was kind enough to meet us at the train station and take us directly to the apartment. We highly recommend!

Intra Muros Experience

Wonderful flat in absolutely stunning location, overlooking one of the main squares I.M. albeit being really quiet (at least in pre-season). Flat feels like home, fully equipped. Big bonus for guests arriving by car is the underground parking just in front of the Muros. Thanks a lot to the great host.

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Parkplatz im Parkhaus sind nahezu unbezahlbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Bernard, war super. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Man kann diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, herzlichen Dank.

Logement Parfait/ Emplacement Parfait

Nous avons très bien apprécié notre séjour chez Monsieur Bernard. Appartement est parfaitement bien placé et très agréable, très bien équipé. Le stationnement situé à l’entrée d’Intra Muros porte saint Vicent est un et est indispensable, et bien pratique . Les commodités sont situées pas loin de l’Appartement. Tout était parfait !!!!!! Escapade à Saint Malo

Nous avons retrouvé cet appartement pour la seconde fois avec grand plaisir, nous nous y sentons "chez nous". Accueil très charmant du propriétaire. Entre les balades, visites et "petits restos" (mention spéciale à la crêperie La Bergamote), la semaine s'est super bien passée. Une troisième fois peut-être ??? ☺️

Très bon séjour

L’appartement est très bien situé, au cœur de la vieille ville, tout en étant très calme ! Très bon accueil de Mr. Bernard et l’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La place de parking est aussi très appréciable.

Emplacement, idéal pour séjourner à Saint-Malo

Situation idéale en intra-muros

Bel appartement,très bien situé pour profiter de la belle ville de Saint Malo, de ses animations, de ses commerces et de ses plages. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire , l’appartement est bien équipé, très agréable et lumineux, les chambres sont confortables et au calme. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Tolle Wohnung an lebhaftem Platz!

Wir haben die Sommerwoche sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist hübsch und geräumig und sehr zentral. Toll waren die großen Fenstertüren, die frische Luft und eine tolle Atmosphäre ermöglichten! Auf dem Platz gab es viel Straßenmusik: bei geöffneten Türen war man live dabei :-), geschlossen sorgten sie für Ruhe. Monsieur Bernhard ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil 🇫🇷👍🏼

Ein toller Urlaub mit super Wetter, ein perfektes Domizil zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Saint Malo und Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und maritim eingerichtet. Alle ist sehr gepflegt und die Unterkunft war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Hier erwartet den Gast, im Vergleich zu anderen spartanisch eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen oder Häusern, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch sonst hat der Gastgeber an vieles gedacht. Überall im Haus, in jedem Raum, gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten Dinge aufzuhängen und zu verstauen (großzügige Gardroben und Schränke ausreichend Haken im Bad). Das Beste ist, dass sich alle Räume verdunkeln lassen. Besonders die Schlafzimmer werden mit Innen-Holzfensterläden komplett verdunkelt. Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung schallisolierte Fenster, die das städtische Leben außen vor lässt, wenn man sie schließt. Einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu haben ist in einer Stadt unbezahlbar. Das war in der Tat ein i-Tüpfelchen. Einfach klasse. Bei allen anderen positiven Bewertungen können wir uns unseren Vorrednern nur anschließen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Séjour de rêve

Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.L'appartement est magnifique. Il est aménagé et décoré avec goût et tout y a été pensé pour passer des moments agréables. Il est idéalement situé au centre de la ville (intra muros). Le parking est vraiment appréciable, la voiture y est restée toute la semaine. Nous avons tout fait à pied, en bus et en bateau. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les représentations des artistes qui se déroulaient sur la place en face de l'appartement. Famille Nashroudi Verlaine Belgique

Très bien!

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten im Geschehen. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar: Stadtzentrum, Einkauf und Strand! Perfekte Lage! Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Übergabe der Wohnung waren unkompliziert und herzlich. Mit ein paar "Französischkenntnissen" haben wir uns gut verständigen können. Danke für den Cidre und die kleinen "Kuchen". Die Parkkarte für die Tiefgarage, nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt, ist wirklich ein Segen und machte den Urlaub noch entspannter! Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
