Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "We paid for 6 breakfasts when checked in but 30 min later realized we did not want to eat there during our stay, the facilities did not inspire confidence. A rude lady at reception refused to refund our payment. We also cancelled our stay for the following two days, with mire than 24 hours notice, no refund as well. Conclusion: avoid that place!"

Apartment was clean and modern, as described. Host was very easy to communicate with, very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this place for visits to Basel and the area. "
