This lake front property is located 3 minutes from the Saint John airport (walking distance) and 14 minutes from both Saint John city and Quispamsis. Only 1.5 hours from Moncton (NB’s hub) and 1 hour from Fredericton (NB’s capital). This stunning property offers peace and tranquility on its own private waterfront. Access to kayak, fishing and paddle boat and floating island all included. This unique property has a main camp containing the first two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room and complete kitchen. The second dwelling contains bedroom #3 with a kitchenette, toilet, tv and dining table. The third bedroom is a fully renovated sheshed by the water, this includes a daybed that pulls out to a king.Im addition to these accommodations there js a bar down by the water and a kids play shed. Book now as we are only renting for a limited amount of time and more photos to follow.
