Fantastic!

This property had everything you need for a large family group (probably large group of friends too). All 10 bedrooms were used and each member of our family were extremely happy with their accommodation. The facilities were excellent - BBQ, swimming pool used extensively. The kids used the table football and table tennis often. As a group we loved the countryside location, vineyards everywhere you look. Striking distance to numerous pretty towns and villages, plus outdoor activities. We had everything we needed and have left wanting much more. We were met by Soni and Luc, the owners, who were very welcoming. They have provided the perfect house for a perfect holiday. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is perfect.

We were an extended family of 19, ranging from 2 years to 81 years. The place is beautiful in a magnificent countryside setting. Could not fault anything really. The pool and terrace dining areas are where we spent most of our time. The weather was hot and sunny (28c to 41c) yet sleeping was comfortable with the provided fans in all rooms. Some lovely restaurants only 15 minute drive as well as supermarkets and bakers. Our contact Trinitè was very helpful.Our party are still talking about the memorial time we had.

Fantastic house and pool

We, grandfather and grandmother and our three sons with their families, total 19 persons from Sweden, stayed here for one week. All of us really enjoyed the house and the swimmingpool, this week became a splendid vacation for us. All equipment you need in the kitchen was there, even two dishwashers. But you have to plan your purchase of food because the house lies in a very small village surrounded by vaste wine fields and the supermarkets are a bit away. We really recommend this property!

Belle maison mais escaliers piscine defectueux

La maison est belle, agréable et très bien rénovée, le niveau d’équipement est excellent. La piscine est très agréable mais malheureusement de nombreux petits carreaux sont cassés : résultat un enfant aux urgences des le premier soir pour des points de suture au pied puis par la suite 3 autres blessés légers. De plus, le propriétaire n’a pas une communication facile, à essayé de nous faire signer un contrat plus défavorable que celui d’Abritel, s’est offusqué de notre refus puis après le séjour prétend ne pas pouvoir faire de facture. Donc il sait faire des contrats mais pas des factures…

Très séjour durant les fêtes de Noël

Des propriétaires attentionnés; une flexibilité d'horaire pour le check-in et chek-out (certes, il n'y avait pas de locataires prévus avant et après nous, mais la personne avec qui nous devions faire l'état des lieux était à notre écoute); une maison très propre, également pour la literie; une grande cuisine et très bien équipée; une grande pièce à vivre (en hiver, c'est bien pratique); baby-foot, ping pong; nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse car nous étions en hiver mais on pouvait imaginer un été dedans!); l'Auberge de l'école nous a fourni en pizza et en repas divers à bon prix car nous ne voulions pas trop cuisiner; le traiteur Bonaric, conseillé par les propriétaires, nous a fournit un délicieux repas de Noël. Un bon séjour à l'unanimité! (21 personnes!)

Vacances de la Toussaint dans le minervois

Nous avons eu de la chance d’habiter dans cette maison du Minervois pendant une semaine. Nous étions 21 personnes dont six enfants. La maison est magnifique, la décoration y est très soignée. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée. Chaque couple a pu bénéficier d’une chambre avec salle de douche et WC privés. Les enfants avaient une salle de jeux pour eux et un immense parc sécurisé. L’auberge de l’école nous a apporté le pain frais et les croissants chauds tous les matins ainsi que le repas du soir : excellente cuisine et tarifs très convenables. Merci aux propriétaires, expérience à refaire.

Grâce à Luc et Soni, nous avons passé un séjour incroyable pour l’anniversaire surprise de mon mari ...40 ans ! Grâce à la gentillesse, au dévouement, à l’implication et la réactivité de nos hôtes, notre séjour a été juste parfait ! Merci à eux vraiment pour ces bons moments ! Le gîte est convivial, chaleureux et spacieux ce qui a permis à notre groupe de 18 d’être ensemble tout en ayant chacun notre Intimité ! The house was beautiful, even better than in the photos.

The property is beautiful, really spacious, well equipped, and in a lovely quiet town. The local restaurant is great, and delivers pastries and bread in the mornings, if you ask. The hosts were great, and made the check-in and check-our process so smooth. I’d love to stay again!

Fabulous villa , some of rooms a bit tired, but overall excellent. Pool could do with some attention,but still lovely , pool towels would have been nice Towels for bathrooms poor Catering by village bar ,worked very well, and if you just want to relax then the house was the ideal Overall 10/10
