"The resort & the proximity to the beach was great, would have liked the pool side area lit up at night for people that wanted to enjoy the breeze. The room could have used some air fresheners & a microwave for guest. The staff & the food service was A1 and the outdoor pool was GREAT"

"The staff was very pleasant, professional and yet very warm and welcoming. The rooms /cottages were absolutely lovely with a wonderful southern charm in their decor, the extra touch provided in the furnishings and all the extra amenities too. Perfect cooling & heating unit that was very quiet and easy to operate, ceiling fans, USB plug ins for phone charging and a great TV with plenty of channels to suit everyone as well.The breakfast was a very nice array of hot & cold breakfast items to suit all appetites. "

"The room was clean and comfortable with all the items a traveler would need. There were a few concerns with the bathroom, including a towel bar next to the tub which kept falling off. It’s instinct to grab it to get out of the tub and it could present a serious injury if a person tries to use it to get out of the tub. In addition, the tub was very slippery which again presented the likelihood of a serious fall. Overall a lovely resort however."

"Property was dirty. Bottles and trash on roads. Tub had a broken drain plug that didn’t stop the water so had to leave water running while bathing kiddo. Downstairs people smoked cigs and weed multiple times called 3 times and all they did was give them a curtesy call. This continued over the 3 days with no offer to switch rooms. Overall property maintenance is lacking grounds could be kept much cleaner. Maintenance guy has plenty of time on his phone since we could watch him just hang out in the golf cart for hours in his phone while we were in the balcony"
