"Sonesta is a nice old style beach resort. Our stay was pleasant, the location is very pretty. Front desk reception team was lovely! The breakfast buffet was nice, but the team needs more training on how to communicate with guests. I tried to seat out side with my kids and a waitress screamed at us out of now"

"We were pleasantly surprised by this property- a great value for the price. Hotel has updated furnishings and decor and is immaculate. Breakfast very adequate. Site is set back from the road and surrounded by lush greenery so quiet. Pool needed to be skimmed our first day but it was taken care of by day two. Overall we are very happy with our stay and the amenities and plan to return. "

"Room 320 was so loud with the A/C unit in a locked closet in the bedroom I couldn't sleep. I don't know if all rooms are like this but avoid this room b/c it sounded like a 747 all night long"

"Property location is ideal for a perfect beach vacation. Service was extremely slow. Seems as though there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate all the guests on a busy week. Our room had amazing oceanfront views, however, when booking it said it slept 4 people and it did not. There was only one king bed and no sofa bed avail. Had to order a Rollabed for my two kids that the hotel said would be $25 a night. They said it wasn’t their fault due to booking through a third party website. Kind of frustrating way to start the trip. "
