Very nice place and close to activities. we stayed here with our grandsons aged 4 and 5 and it was very convenient. park, pool, beach, dining all within a short walk. the condo itself was well equipped and convenient.

Summer vacation - Low Country

Place was great. Walking distance to beach. The wagon, chairs, and beach toys were a nice touch. Resort was quiet and perfect for a family get away.

What a pleasant surprise!

We decided to do a last minute stay halfway to Florida and decided we’d give HHI a try. Karen was so quick to reply to all of our questions. This specific condo is part of a little what I would call resort. You have access to the large pool steps from the beach, CocoNutz restaurant and bar, Gator’z pizza, pool bar/restaurant! The condo itself is the furthest building from the pool/beach but thankfully the condo provides a wagon to make the short walk manageable. Also supplied us with beach chairs and beach toys! That was wonderful!! They also supplied us with enough toiletries to last our two day stay. If you are looking for a cute place to call home for a short/long stay I would definitely contact Karen! Thanks for the fantastic stay :)

Great property for moms' getaway

Myself and a few fellow moms rented this property for a few relaxing days at the beach without kids or husbands. The condo was nice and updated, clean and comfortable. The twin beds were really comfortable and we slept great. I had some trouble checking in, as our information was not in the system so they could not print a parking pass for us. I messaged the host who quickly got back to me and spoke to the staff and we had our parking pass in minutes, so no big deal. The pool and bar area is very nice. The beach was also clean and close to the pool and bar area. As others have stated, the property is a bit of a walk from the water, but you could easily hop in the car and drive to the other side of the complex to get to the pool and beach without getting on a main road. There is also a wagon to put all of your stuff in if you want to walk to the beach. Overall a great place to stay and the host was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had. Thanks!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful time at Villa A5. It was a perfect spot for our family of 5 with young kids ages 3, 6, and 8. The villa was a short walk to the pool, beach bar, beach, and resort playground. Also a quick walk to Adventure Cove mini golf and arcade, which the kids enjoyed on a cloudy afternoon. The villa was clean and nicely decorated. Karen was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend visiting here!

Nice condo

Great condo, clean and updated. We did a long weekend for spring break, with little ones we found it easier to just hop in the car and drive to beach since it’s a little farther walk. Communications with Karen were easy and we had no complications. My only critique would be the master bed and pillows. Maybe bring your own pillows, lol.

Beautiful area. Totally safe. Restaurant on property, exercise room, basketball and playground. Wonderful pool area with food. And of course the ocean is always great. This condo is in back closer to street.

Peace and quiet

This rental served our purposes perfectly. My wife had several options allowing her to play pickle ball every day. The ocean was close by for walks on the beach. The area itself had many nice restaurants and shopping options. We came for a relaxing stay and that’s exactly what we got.

Beautifully decorated and clean

Perfect condo for a long weekend in Hilton Head! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed provided to make a few meals during our stay and it was located near several great food options when we didn’t feel up to cooking. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach, the pool, and even a nearby mini golf location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely wonderful- you will love it!

Karen was a wonderful hostess. The condo is in a great location- quiet, near a pond, playground and within walking distance to the resort restaurants and beach- or you can drive down to the beach. The condo is fully renovated, exceptionally clean, and very tastefully decorated. Kitchen is stocked and ready for cooking should you choose to bring your own groceries to the beach. Karen was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our visit. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommend

The communication with owner was fantastic!!!! I had a reply to all my questions super quick and they were kind enough to even offer recommendations for me, which I highly appreciated! Place was clean and well maintained. It was quite and while not as close as some of the other units I appreciated being a part from the main cluster. Walk is still short enough to not feel like you have to lug everything a long way. Appreciated the beach chairs and wagon! Next time will have to remember to not pack my own which would save so much packing space! The toiletries, towels and starter packs of cleaning supplies was fantastic and much appreciated!!! Overall, a really terrific stay. Can't say enough about the communication and pleasantness of our stay! Thank you!

Excellent Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit looked exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room for a family of four. The resort had bicycle rentals on site that we took advantage of. There is a putt-putt/ arcade right down the ride that we were able to ride our bikes to. The big pool was really nice. They had events most evenings such as a movie night by the pool with snacks and glow necklaces. There are also a couple of restaurants on site. We also enjoyed the snack bars by the pool. We could buy alcoholic beverages for us and ice cream and snow cones for the kids. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Needed Getaway!

This property was exactly as advertised...updated and clean. The balcony patio is great to use and the wagon for the beach was so helpful. The property owner was very informative, responsive and caring. When we arrived she informed me that there would be a cable upgrade that no one was aware that was happening, including her, we were struggling with getting the TVs set up after the upgrade and she worked diligently to get someone in to fix it while we were able to continue to enjoy our vacation without any interruptions. The pool is fantastic and the boardwalk to the beach was so helpful for our family member that uses a wheelchair. Would definitely stay again!

Winter Getaway

We loved our Winter Getaway at this oceanside villa! Nice walk to the beach, the villa was very clean, decorated nicely, kitchen was stocked, we had what we needed! Karen was WONDERFUL to work with! We are returning next year!
