"Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. I had a great recommendation from the hotel less than 10 steps away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and amazing with a large bathroom with a shower door and nice shower. It was very clean, comfy and cozy, I totally recommend visiting this hotel in Rouen. The staff was very nice and helpful....

"We were not happy with this hotel and therefore left a day early. Our main concern was that there was little air circulation and no air condition, only a fan, that made an annoying noise, and if we opened the window there was a lot of noise from the street.
