Magnificent 17th-century Périgord farmhouse for 14 people
The peacefully located property is located in the Périgord pourpre in the middle of the Pécharmant vineyard, 15 minutes from Bergerac (and its vineyard). Numerous castles, caves and other prehistoric sites in the surrounding area and the possibility of kayaking on the Dordogne and Vézère.
It consists of a main building with 3 bedrooms, a large dormitory with 8 beds (with toilet and sink), a living room, a dining room, a main kitchen + a summer kitchen, a central room (with billiards and games table), a bathroom and a freshly renovated shower room.
It also consists of a barn fitted out with table football, ping-pong table, a TV lounge area and a dining room, as well as numerous terraces, a heated swimming pool and a pétanque court. Rental preferably from Sunday to Sunday.

Beautiful property with incredible pool
Had a wonderful stay at this villa, it succeeded our expectation in every way and we've stayed in a variety of villas in France. The barn was the perfect hangout for the kids with table tennis, football table and large TV screen. The pool was the perfect temperature with stunning views and there's a gorgeous outside eating area with outdoor kitchen, there's a huge amount of green space around the property and the villa offers total privacy. The house itself is lovely and cool even in the very hot weather with large kitchen and spacious rooms, we will definitely be rebooking for next summer.
