"Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, though there was some used toilet paper left behind in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the room met expectations. The front desk staff really stood out—everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was another highlight: it was warm, fresh, and offered a good variety of options, making it a great start to the day. On the downside, the pool was freezing and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was unfortunately full of children under 18, making it difficult for adults to relax, which may be something management should address. With a few improvements around cleanliness and pool management, this could be an even better stay. Overall, a decent experience with friendly service and a solid breakfast."

"The hotel was very charming and clean, room was comfortable. I have some back problems so I was worried when I saw other reviews complaining about the beds but I personally had no issues, they were very comfortable. Lots of parking, and lots of good restaurants within walking distance."
