After waiting about 30 minutes without success, I arranged my own transportation and took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the pickup situation was discussed with me multiple times and was ultimately resolved the following day. Although I was unable to use the airport pickup service, I was still required to pay for it. The manager did offer a resolution, which included honoring the pickup charge in exchange for a late checkout and a complimentary lunch, which I accepted. Aside from this experience, my stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit."
