"This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and seemed like everything was newly remodeled and new! Check in was very easy! Just a quick call from host Denise on check in day to provide the gate and door code and no hassle dealing with having to worry with picking up keys or pool passes at a different location. This condo is large with plenty of room for the whole family with 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds and furniture were comfy and had TV's in every bedroom. The view is the best in the whole building with top floor spectacular views of the Intercoastal waterway and distance peek of the ocean. The condo is nestled at the back of a gated community on a beautiful property where we often encountered deer on the property. We enjoyed feeding the koi fish with the help of a regular resident in the building. The other residents in the building we encountered were all friendly and nice. The pool is beautiful and has spectacular views of the ICW. We loved how the building is small and never seemed crowded or had any trouble with parking. The condo is about a 10-15 minute drive from Holden Beach. This place is truly a gem! My older parents and my two teenagers absolutely loved this property and all the room and convenience. This was by far the best place we have stayed in all our vacations and will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Our family of 22 stayed here for a week. It was absolutely wonderful! We always vacationed at OBX but Holden Beach is now our go to place! The home was lovely, comfortable, so clean. Very well equipped better than any place we ever stayed at. Plus Lucie was terrific. Quick to respond to any and all questions. Thank you!!"

"This was.a very cute place. We would definitely stay there again. The only problem was the dock was so far away..would like to have had a way to get to the dock easier..Also would like to have had a small handrail going in and one off the back deck..However these are little things we loved the place"

"Lots of room, nicely private, steps away from the beach. We cooked all our meals for the week; the pans need to be replaced as all of them are scratched up. The beverage cooler was great so as not to take up fridge room. There's a fruit fly infestation, which they are aware of due to the 3 ceramic apples on the counter. They were a non-stop nuisance however. The plumbing is slow in one of the upstairs bathrooms and the sink drains painfully slow.We would rent here again."
