"Pros: location and ocean view Cons: lady at front desk was not friendly and resented having to get out of her chair. No insulation between rooms..people in upstairs room could be heard stomping around at 11:00 at night. No black out blinds. This place has seen better days."

What I liked also was that there was not a house directly behind it. The view of the ocean from the porch was beautiful. I would recommend staying here 100%!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was clear and timely. The condo is perfect for a family of four. Our kids (15 & 12) appreciated the TV in their bedroom for winding down at night. The kitchen was large enough to cook a couple of dinners at night. And the beach is only about 100 yards from the condo. We would recommend and would stay here again."

"Pros: the view was spectacular and beds were comfortable. Cons: carpets were disgusting and stained, deck needs maintenanced and rusty nails sticky up. Just overall lack of up keep on the entire house and outdoor furniture/appliances. "

"Loved the location and views. Oven wouldn’t heat, which was a huge inconvenience since we planned meals at the house instead of going out. Reached out to owner and was told she would send someone out asap, but no other communication after that. TV in one bedroom didn’t work and the sink in the kitchen kept getting stopped up. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication made me feel unwelcome and unsatisfied. "

"Didn’t have very easy communication with the property manager. We had a couple of issues that were never resolved. The arcade machine and the elevator were both not working. I felt like he was very slow to get back with me and not very proactive about fixing them. Granted, these were just amenities, but they were two of the amenities that appealed to us and led us to book this place.But in regards to the property, it was lovely. Very clean. Excellent excellent location! The beds were very soft and the layout was perfect for a large family. In spite of the issues we would definitely stay there again."
