"From the day I booked Founders Manor many months back, Host Marnie and I have been in contact with each other. She graciously let me in the house when there were no renters, so that my family could see the layout and assign bedrooms ahead of time for our thanksgiving vacation. FM is not your typical “beach house”, but a wonderful home at the beach, which just makes it better! "

"Cute, cozy and clean! Serene views. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the deck overlooking the canal. Love the beach decor and natural lighting. Comfy beds. Host was very communicative. Lots of extras included- beach chairs and towels, board games, puzzles, books. Couch was very comfortable, although we would have preferred a sectional or another chair since there were 6 in our party. Also, was a minor inconvenience to have to wash all towels before check-out, as we could not shower in the morning before leaving. Overall great stay, would recommend to anyone! "

"Awesome location, quick walk to the beach and access for a boat is great. Pool is a tad chilly as it never sees the sun, 150 dollars a day to heat the pool seems a tad excessive for a heat pump pool heater. Other than that, great place to stay!"

"Over the years, we have stayed in many beach houses and this one beats them all — excellent communication with the owner, beautifully appointed and comfortable furnishings, large pool, new walkway to the beach and the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. Add to that games, books, fussball and a lower level room with lots of beach accessories to use during your stay. "
