"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"This place is out of the way, in a nice quiet area, surrounded by tree covered hills. You do get your own, self contained room. The only real downside was that the room was not labelled as a smoking or non-smoking room...so it had been smoked in previously and some lingering effects from that. Otherwise, great spot!"

"The front desk staff and house keeping were great. They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease."

"Breakfast was great and the nearby supersento was really a treat. The showerhead was very nice with multiple settings and great water pressure.
The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station.
The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away."

"This was our first experience with staying at the Toyoko chain of hotels. Our stay was so pleasant that we are definitely going to consider staying again for future visits to Hachioji.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hachioji Station, where there is plenty of food and excitement. The room was cozy, without any frills, has everything you need.
The staff was kind and courteous, despite some language barrier. Some staff knew plenty of English to communicate though! And the Onigiri selection for breakfast was the best - I miss it to be honest!
Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant!"
