"Absolutely loved the placed. It was incredibly clean, eco friendly, and quiet. I felt like I was the only one in there! As an American Foreigner, the shared spa/bath was a bit awkward lol, but it was an experience for sure. Just not something I would take into consideration like I did on my initial search. I can do without it next time lol."

"Staff were extremely friendly making me feel welcomed. Stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and Ryo welcomed me with a smile every time she was at the desk. At check-in she seemed interested in my reason for visiting and was a delight to talk to. Other members of staff also helped me getting Amazon parcels sent to the hotel for me. Room was small but clean, Air con was available and made it very comfortable to be in. I basically only used the room to sleep in and leave my stuff while I did tourism things outside, so being small didn't bother me. They also run a 24hr cafe, and their udon was pretty good. The location is very good as well. The neighborhood has everything you need, from a convini just around the corner to a very nice okinawan restaurant with a unique charm to it. There's also a laundry place within a few minute walk where you can use their more powerful tumble dryers if you find the ones in the hotel lacking. Also the station is connected to shinjuku station with a short 2 stops which makes it easy to get to where you need to go. It's also a direct line to Akiba. Will stay again at this hotel if chance arises."

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of Mount Fuji both from the room and also from the private onsen bath. The property's grounds were immaculate and beautiful. Included in the price was also a tea ceremony, private lounge and even a drum performance. Both the dinner and breakfast were incredible too! 10/10!"
