"Our room was clean and spacious. The lighting in the room was not great. One day, no housekeeping was done. The hotel is very close to the Cambridge train station and there are lots of coffee shops near the hotel. We ate our breakfast there one morning."

"The property not far from Stansted airport and with in 3 miles radius choice of shopping centre for last minutes shopping. To find a place to eat as advertised at the property a restaurant but there is not which is disappointing. "

"We arrived at the property and it was a self check in and all was well. However our room was in a terrible state.Tye beddings looked like there weren’t washed for awhile.the bedsheet had dirty obvious marks on it which were really disgusting.we called the owner as she was in contact to give us clean beddings and resolve the problem.we sent the photos of dirty beddings to her as well.she said she was going to come shortly, we waited for 30 minutes,she didn’t turn up and she didn’t take our call...
