Gorgeous, modern and sweet

Gorgeous modern and sweet.
Come walk into this newly remodeled private home and relax. We have a new fully stocked kitchen and pantry as well as bath luxuries, a cute backyard and a larger front yard. Relax in a lovely Orangevale setting.
A private gate encloses the front yard. An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera facing the entrance/entry pathway for safety and security will allow you to have your own personal digital code.
Our guests rave about the striking beauty and modernity of this cool space which we reserve for couples and sweet families. The occasional small family gathering may be approved by special request. Partying is not permissible.
You may come and enjoy the Orangevale Parks and Recreation center pool in the Summertime or countless great restaurants, home delivery of food or a walk through the neighborhood.
Your hosts are delighted to make your stay a wonderful experience and are always available to help, advise, or assist.

Perfect home away from home!
Our family need a place to call home while our own home was being worked on. Ginger and Joe are amazing super hosts! Very responsive to any of our questions and inquiries. Their beautiful home is super clean, well stocked, and had all the amenities to make our short stay perfect! We live literally on the same street, so the location was ideal. We could not have asked for anything better! Thanks again for hosting us!

Comfortable and Cute Cottage
We arrived at this cottage to find everything immaculate. Everything was well stocked. We did cook two of our five nights we stayed. The appliances are newer which made cooking very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but had all the necessary supplies in case you may have forgotten an essential. The smart television was a little hard to figure out but we can barely figure our own smart television. We liked that it had a fenced backyard. In case our young grandkids wanted to come over to visit. Overall this cottage is a gem. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you to the owners for all the care they have put into making our stay a very comfortable and inviting one.

From check in to check out this property was perfect for our short stay in the area. It’s easy to find, close to main roadways and central to everything and everywhere we needed to go. This is what a vacation home should be!
Since day one, the rental experience has been smooth and pleasant. Joe and Ginger take pride in their home. The words I would use to describe the cottage are: clean, cheerful, bright, amenities, personal and familiar. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and laundry are well stocked. The surrounding community offers grocery and restaurant options. Neighbors are kind. The home is decorated in a lovely way. We were happy to find this rental and will rent with Joe and Ginger again. Home away from home
I had a pleasant experience staying at this excellent home. All things that I needed to have a comfortable stay where set up and left for us to enjoy ourselves. Another element that we enjoyed was the quiet surroundings. We were in the city but felt as if we were in the valley. Ginger and Joseph did a great job with this home.
