Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.

irst time to Sappa
When you leave your luggage before or after you check in, they just leave it in attended. So be sure to lock it up. The train arrives early and you can not check in until 2 so be prepared to have morning activity planned before your check in

Don’t trust the reception staff for taxi/ tours
The stay was good overall. I wasn’t going to write a negative review the first time but due to a second incident I am convinced to write this. Please book your own taxi/ tour and do not trust the reception staff. It seems they have a ‘setting ‘ with the taxi drivers and they charge extra. The first time the receptionist booked a 2 hour tour for 575,000 vnd. It was overpriced and when I complained to the manager he apologized on behalf of the staff for not giving full information. Then at check out I asked another receptionist for a taxi to the bus stop 850m away. She said it will be 50000 vnd. I reminded her the distance then she said ‘ok give 30,000 vnd. When I asked her if the taxi is metered she pretended she didn’t understand . I went outside and got a taxi for 20000.

The location is good but unluckily we got a room with bathroom issue. The water leaked from the bathtub and make the floor wet all over the place. The hotel didn’t provide any transport services from Sapa to Lao Cai station for the overnight train. You have 2 options, either take taxi (you can find it in front of the hotel but expensive) or you take a minivan bus about 50,000 VND per pax. You can book with the travel agent beside the Sun Plaza (just right beside the restaurant).

Fabulous stay
This hotel truly exceeded our expectation. Its is nonless than any 4 star hotel. The location is so central and beautiful. The staff esp. those at the reception went beyond the norms to help us with our itinerary, and supported throughout our stay in all possible ways. Very much recommended.

Perfect stay
Had a wonderful stay here. everything was perfect, the rooms, service, facilities, location, etc. Mr Cuong and all the staff went above and beyond their duty to make our stay faultless. The spa treatment staff Sinh, Thao and Thuy were exceptionally professional and friendly. Our group was very satisfied and are looking forward to our next stay.

Nice Hotel
It is a nice hotel. Just make sure what type of room do you get. First night I got a room that viewed directly to a wall. Feel like in prison. The second night they made me an upgrade. The bathroom was not too clean. The staff very kind and the breakfast is good.

Marvellous!
kind and attentive stuff, always taking the initiative to engage hotel guests. Breakfast spread was also quite large compared to most hotels in Vietnam. Had a really great stay with them & will not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to Sapa! :)

Great Hotel
Great Hotel and is situated at a very good location. We booked three rooms and were very happy with the accommodation. We had massages at this hotel were brilliant and very reasonable. The staffs were very courteous and accommodating and our special appreciation for the Manager Mr Phun ( Zuan) who really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and also ensured that we got vegetarian food. He also helped us sorting our transport back to Hanoi that had been pre-booked but the transport company forwarded the incorrect dates. We would highly recommend this hotel which is in the centre and opposite the lake; would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Excellent service and beautiful hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel manager is very responsive and always around the hotel ensuring that everyone is well taken care of. We went to the spa twice during our stay. I enjoyed both of my hot stone massages and my husband enjoyed his first massage. Unfortunately his second massage was not very good. But all in all we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would stay again is we are ever in sapa again!

Pleasant and memorable stay
Great location, few minutes away from the church (where mini bus drop-off and pick-up for Lao Cai to catch the train to Hanoi) Friendly staff and helpful though they don't speak much English Room: Tidy, neat, clean and pleasant, with a bathtub too even for a superior room! Though.. Breakfast could be improved. Variety is there, but the quality needs to catch up. I'll definitely stay there again if I go back to Sapa

Sapa is a beautiful place with lots of rain and fog. I mean three days solid. I didn't get to do all the things I wanted. The hotel was a welcomed haven. Also good food

Brand new hotel in Sapa
A brand new hotel in Sapa with all the basic amenities and comfort. The breakfast could be improved by adding more international choices. Staff as always in Vietnam is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. English at the hotel was spoken by a couple of employees at the reception, but none at the breakfast area. The hotel spa was a great. The foot massage was outstanding. A very good hotel to get around Sapa and its nature.

New and good hotel that needs minor improvements.
Good location, slight away from the busiest area. Hotel us new, customer service is fantastic like many willing to improve Vietnamese hotels. However, the hotel does not look into minor details, e.g. Wet towel hanger, shower curtains and luggage rack.

2층에 숙박했는데 바로 위에 세탁실이 있는지 세탁기 탈수하는 소리가 들립니다. 그리고 외부로 열리는 창문이 없어서인지 약간 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 조식은 쌀국수 죽 토스트 정도 먹을만하고 오믈렛 진짜 맛없어요. 위치는 상당히 좋아서 저녁 먹고 가볍게 호숫가 산책하기 좋았습니다.

딱 잠만 자면 좋을 곳 (내부 시설은 좋음)
주변 유명 시설 접근성은 매우 좋으나 뷰는 다른 호텔에 비해 많이 부족합니다.

New hotel close to the lake and city
This hotel is new. Service from staff is great. Room is big and comfortable. Buffet at s only one that not good enough, there are not too much menu on the buffet line.

朝食が美味しかったです。
ホテル全体を通して、設備も満足いくレベルで朝食の種類も豊富でした。個人的に残念だったのは、内廊下に面した部屋だったので、部屋が暗いのが残念でした。

부페식 조식이 종류가 다양해요. 4층의 스파는 2시까지 20 %할인 받고 자쿠지와 사우나까지 무료로 받고 60분 스웨디시 마사지 강추입니다. 조용해요. 사파 어딜가나 공사중인데 여긴 주변 공사가 없어요. 라오까이 야간 기차 타느라 이곳에서 1인당 10만동에 버스 예약해서 편하게 왔어요. 직워들 친절해요. 홑텔스에서 조금 저렴한 가격에 예약했는데 가겨대비 최고입니다.
