This hotel was so dirty and dusty, terrible Even though the bed was comfy, room and sheets were so dirty I wouldn't have stay another night Staff was nice

I liked the location of the property and the view of the mountains. The staff was very nice and stowed our stuff for an extended period of time while we waited for our overnight bus, which was very kind of them. The property also had a bar and pool table, which was cool. However, the room itself was extremely dusty, had many dead bugs laying around and needed a deep cleaning. Most mornings we literally woke up with a sore throat from all the dust. The linens also needed replacing and the tv didn’t work.

Hotel bien placé, central entouré de restaus de poisson et crustacés! Personnel accueillant. Il faut savoir qu’ils ne travaillent plus avec hôtels.com alors les contacter pour avoir une resa ! Boat trip tres sympa a 15€ pour une journée: peu de monde ds le bateau, super repas, la même balade qu’on paye le double ou le triple ailleurs

Personnel accueillant mais qui propose des visites avec guide à eviter ... de vrais attrape touristes puisque bcp de promenades peuvent être faites individuellement. Chambres grandes et propres avec matelas chauffant pour les nuits fraîches. Les matelas sont un peu mous et laissent à désirer.

Very helpful staff-warm beds

Tom at the front desk was very helpful arranging tours for us esp since I had an injured foot. Electric pads at night kept us warm. Great place and great value.

見晴よく、中心街からほんの少し離れているため、喧噪が抑えられていました。

トレッキングの手配もしている。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、それなりに清潔感が保たれていました。 歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー完備。冷蔵庫はなし。履き替え用ゴムスリッパあり。 窓の外が崖だったのが残念。部屋によっては遠景が眺められそう。 隣室のシャワーの音がかなり響きました。

Booked a long time ago, but when i there, it seems they can't find my booking. Obviously, they reserved my room for some others who paid more. Typical of such countries, where they just want to earn the extra dollars.Got me to transfer to another run-down place further up the slope, and i got hit by a motorbike when walking down. Definitely got better places to choose

Avons passé une seule nuit à Sapa . L'hôtel green vallée est économique et suffit largement pour une nuit.Il est vieillissant mais propre et le staff est gentil .Il n'est loin du centre ville .

Staff was nice. Ladies at the front desk spoke English. A little ways from the action but great if you like a little quietness. Room was a descent size.

Seul le prix était attractif

Pas top. L'avantage principale était le prix, et la gentillesse de quelque personnes du staff. Désavantages : douche fonctionnant mal, pas super propre, et n'étant pas fumeurs, les parties communes sont très enfumé. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre (et en ce moment proche d'un Hotel en construction).

Poor option in terms of what is available in Sapa

The hotel is more of a hostel with a few private rooms. Those with private rooms do not benefit much more than those in a dorm room. Reception desk was normally unattended mattress was lumpy and sank in the middle. The fitted bottom sheet did not actually fit so i awoke sleeping on bare mattress. There was no travel or tour advice offered as such the Lonely Planet guide is inaccurate in that regard. This hotel may be fine for somebody staying in a dorm room but i paid commercial rates for very little. There is so much building construction occurring in sapa at the moment that its hard to find any solitude, best to get out of the town into the nearby villages and do homestay. Noisy construction was happenning late into night and on weekend incl jack hammers and power tools.

Cold rooms

You can see your own breath inside the rooms (February)! Probably you will get sick, its cold and wet. But water is warm, bed-heater is included. Hostel feeling is nice, food is good, service is good. Price is good, beside the room-temperature.

Much better place for few dollars more

We were in Sapa at winter time and there was no isolation at all in our room, so we were frozen. The humidity is a big problem too. Hopefully there was a electric blanket which save our lifes as there was no heater. Otherwise the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was not really helpful and serious. Most of the time nobody was at the reception. It's 10 minutes walk from the center, but We found a place much better and comfortable in the center for few dollars more.

Ils etaient cool! toujours là pour rendre service. il y a une cheminée quand il fait frisqué. Et dans le "dortoir" c'est des lits 2 places donc c'est chouette. Faites une ballade en scooter et un tour en haut du mont fransipan.

Dirt cheap and great wifi connection!

Place is a bit run down, but has one of the better wifi connection in Sa Pa.
