"This apartment was perfect for my family of four for a concert weekend. The apartment was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and the apartment offered plenty of room for us to be comfortable during our stay. The view of the river was nice to enjoy from the private balcony. Any questions/concerns were answered promptly. The apartment was walkable to downtown (limited sidewalks in some areas). All in all, a great find for our trip and I would definitely recommend this space to rent if visiting the Knoxville area. "

"This is one of the best, if not the best, VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Lovely home full of whimsical decor and tons of conveniences (kitchen supplies, food stuffs, bathroom supplies, etc). I stayed in the little closet and absolutely delighted in my fairy tale hideaway despite being a grown woman in my 40s. The neighborhood across the way was great for walking in the evening. I fully intend to stay here again when back in Knoxville. Thank you!!!"
