"Breakfast was typical of self serve limited buffets. Area was clean and food was replinished. Staff was very courteous."

"Desk staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and hopefully the room I stayed in is still on the list for updates. Everything was clean and neat but the room finishes (baseboards, paint covered outlets, worn curtains, etc) made the room look a little sloppy. Pets are allowed in the rooms but I could hear a dog from the next room whining and barking until late in the night, it broke my heart. All of the room and hotel amenities were well kept and in working order."

"This apartment was perfect for my family of four for a concert weekend. The apartment was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and the apartment offered plenty of room for us to be comfortable during our stay. The view of the river was nice to enjoy from the private balcony. Any questions/concerns were answered promptly. The apartment was walkable to downtown (limited sidewalks in some areas). All in all, a great find for our trip and I would definitely recommend this space to rent if visiting the Knoxville area. "
