"The Raven Inn is the best hotel in Whitehorse. I’ve stayed at all of them. The rooms are well maintained. There’s a good restaurant on site that serves breakfast through dinner. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Everyone who works there has a smile for you when you walk by. Always meets the standards its set on my previous trip."

"I feel as though the stay was nothing special than a bed to sleep in and close to the airport . The security deposit was steep pricing considering the room was average poor accessibility if you have mobility issues. "

"If travelling with a pet do not book at this hotel. This hotel saying it is pet friendly is extremely misleading. I had made multiple attempts to call and add a pet to my hotel booking but the times I called the front desk it either did not go through or someone picked up saying they were busy and hung up. Finally, hours before I was supposed to check in I got a hold of someone and they would not let me stay with my 6lb hypoallergenic dog, leaving me without a place to stay the night. They said I was cancelling the room and charged me full fees for the night, stating I did not provide more than 24 hour notice to cancel, even though I did not cancel but was told I could not stay. The staff were very rude and confrontational. I would not ever stay at this hotel if travelling to Whitehorse go to the Gold Rush Inn! "

"Although safe behind a locked check-in office door, when I wa slept in ,the man was helpful and cheerful. I ordered a taxi for the next morning and he even called later that night to confirm. It never showed up. Not his fault but a downer ending to my stay."

"Our stay was ok - the unit was as described. It is in a convenient, downtown location with off-street parking. It wasn't very clean, and though it wasn't terrible, it reminded my off my busy household before cleaning day - floors hadn't been cleaned, stoptop had a food spill, and the toilet and bathroom sink had obviously not been cleaned. There was also old food in the fridge/freezer. All in all, ok but not sure we'd stay again. We did not advise the host as we didn't want to disrupt our stay by having cleaners come."
