"This place is overated. The managemnt is incompetent. It us prtentiopus and the only reason it exists is thet it in on Harvard Square. They do not provide basic water in the room, so simple amnities you would expect for these prices, like some fresh fruit is the room when you check in, no chocolate on the pilow at night. They pretend to be educated, yet the books in the lobby are fake pieces of wood. Terrible place abd pretentious. "

"They do not have room control temperature. The whole facility is on one system. It was freezing in my room. I needed 4 blankets. The window in my room was cracked. They had the air conditioner running and it was 50 degrees outside. I felt like I was living unhoused. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room."

"Staff shifted me to a room in a different building and mislead me that the building and room were much better. The building was absolutely filthy and should never be allowed to post as a legitimate business on your site, or anywhere. Room was unheated, with a broken window, unlockable and on Main Floor ! Truly little more than a Flop House for the homeless. HUGE disappointment !"

"Some staff at the front desk were helpful, some less so. Hotel layout is very strange and confusing. Rooms were refurbished and a comfortable place to spend a few days though. Closer to the city than I originally thought and downtown was easily accessible by tram."

"I am a long time Marriott customer. This hotel is nice and modern but misses on the basics. The size of the room is smaller than an inside cruise ship room. Example you can only access bed from one side. The bed was hard, the pillows were way too thick to sleep on. There was no bed sheet with required you to use the duvet which was way too hot. "

"Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable and big enough rooms. Room was brightly lit and well decorated. View wasn’t spectacular, but not a deal breaker. Hotel is located near great restaurants, green T line and was walkable to Fenway Park."
