"Staff is so nice and helpful with great English. The pool and rooftop are really nice. The gym is too small and have the equipment is broken. The beds are so uncomfortable, you can tell they are old and need replacement. Or at least a mattress topper for comfort, you can feel the springs through the bed. No body lotion or hair conditioner. But other than that, great location to walk everywhere and easy taxi service with the hotel."

"Loved staying here the food was good the staff were supper friendly and attentive. We had a few problems with our rooms and they dealt with it so well and upgraded our wristbands to premium. This place will be my go to when I come to Ibiza again. Thanks guys"

"I was pleasantly surprised. The pool area is lovely, good food and nice staff. The rooms have a damp smell, the Aircon kept breaking down as did the lights on the balcony. The walls are also quite thin. But I would stay again when considering price, location, overall experience and responsiveness of the staff (they came within minutes to help with the Aircon). Thank you!"

"Truly a special place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The property grounds were really pretty and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little out of the way in terms of the central city but the resort feel was well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommend."

"The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!"
