"Great staff, great location"

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

"This property is a charming 2 bedroom cottage. It was perfect for our purposes ( a memorial service for my wife’s mother in Coldspring) . It was clean and comfortable and felt very secure."

"If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay ."

"The cabin was listed to sleep 4 and there was only one full sized bed. The grounds were unkept. The light in the kitchen did not work. The air conditioner filter was dirty."
