The view from our suite's balcony was gorgeous, and the hotel management truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted - both in the hotel and even outside the hotel with things like getting the very best with restaurants/transportation. "Great location! Guy who checked us in was super friendly but it felt like staff weren't that present. No fridge in the room which was frustrating. Breakfast was vouchers for the place next door which was awful and we ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere. Clean towels everyday but sheets weren't changed. "When we arrived, the woman at reception suggested that we change to a different room because the one we had booked online was quite small for two people for 4 days. She said it would be at most €5 more a day than what we paid but didn’t end up charging us anything extra at check out :) The room was nice, clean and the bed was great. AC worked wonderfully. It’s a little bit away from the city centre (about 25 minute walk) but there’s a grocery store and several bakeries within 5 minutes walking....
