"Room was clean, but a little old feeling. The staff was great, there was an issue with the key cards when I arrived (they weren't working) , but the staff were vigilant in making sure that they were available to escort me to my room and let me in with the master key. Thankfully that only happened the first evening I was there. It also appeared that only one of the elevators was working. Despite being on a "high floor" (the 5th) the noise from the street could still be heard, which didn't bother me, but I could see how someone expecting quiet could be bothered by it. Overall a good stay, the hotel is located near shops, restaurants, and the Buchanan bus terminal. "

"Beautifully designed, friendly staff. The bedroom was good size with comfortable large bed, and really nice bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Great to have a spa downstairs. "
